We were honoured to present Jeanne Spiegel Klibansky, niece of Dr Erich Klibansky, with a copy of Mike Levy MBE’s Get The Children Out! Unsung Heroes of the Kindertransport during a special evening at the Jawne Learning and Remembrance Centre in Cologne.
Guests also enjoyed a preview screening of the latest animated film by award-winning director Zoom Rockman for Lemon Soul. The film tells the story of Holocaust survivor Kurt Marx, one of the children rescued through Dr Klibansky’s efforts.
Mike Levy MBE’s Get The Children Out! shines a light on the extraordinary individuals who made the Kindertransport possible, preserving the stories of courage, compassion and determination that saved thousands of young lives.
